Our team provides solutions tailored to meet the needs of each client, including handwritten code for optimal performance, security, and scalability.


3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of SASA INFOSYS, you agree to:

- Provide all necessary materials, content, and information needed for the development and completion of the project.

- Ensure that all materials provided to SASA INFOSYS are owned by you or that you have permission to use them.

- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

- Maintain confidentiality of all login credentials, account details, and proprietary information.


4. Project Delivery and Timelines

While we strive to deliver projects on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to client delays, third-party service interruptions, or unforeseen technical challenges. The estimated timelines for project completion will be provided upon contract signing and are subject to change based on mutual agreement.


5. Payment Terms

Payment for Services is due as per the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the service agreement or invoice. We accept payments through various methods including bank transfer and Esewa, Khalti and other e-wallet of Nepal. If payment is not received within the specified period, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Services until payment is made in full.


6. Support and Maintenance

We offer 10 years of free support for our projects, which includes maintenance and minor updates as part of our commitment to building long-term partnerships. However, this does not cover major changes, feature upgrades, or development work outside the original scope of the project. Support services are provided based on availability and priority, and response times may vary.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

Client Content: All content, designs, and materials provided by you (the client) will remain your property. You grant SASA INFOSYS a license to use these materials only for the purpose of completing the agreed-upon Services.

Deliverables: Upon full payment, you will own the final product, including code, design files, and other deliverables, except for any third-party software or tools integrated into the solution. SASA INFOSYS retains the right to use code, design elements, or other materials for portfolio purposes.


8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the project. This includes all business, technical, or financial information that is not publicly available.


9. Limitation of Liability

SASA INFOSYS will use reasonable efforts to ensure that our Services are performed in a professional manner. However, we cannot guarantee that our Services will be error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall SASA INFOSYS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.


10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

- You are responsible for paying for all Services rendered up until the termination date.

- SASA INFOSYS will provide you with any completed deliverables up to that point.

- You must cease using our Services and remove any proprietary materials, including logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property, from your systems.


11. Modifications to Terms

SASA INFOSYS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


12. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Nepal.


13. Major Force

SASA INFOSYS will not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures.
