We are very excited to announce that we have officially signed a web development contract with Shree Shivaduti Secondary School, duly represented by its Principal Mr. Ram Kumar Dhakal. This is another milestone in our mission to step up the digitization of educational institutions across Nepal.
Meeting
We were firstly connected through facebook then Mr. Ram Kumar Dhakal and SASA Infosys representative had a phone call of almost half an hour. That was first virtual meeting, we explained what we do, how we do and what services we give. Since everyone is afraid in Nepal to give the project, we approached Mr. Dhakal by saying we will give 10 years of free support, maintenance and update. As 10 years support is not everyone's cup of tea, consistency and reliability is what we aim for. This particular line touched him and he told us to visit his home located in Har Har Mahadev, Kathmandu.
That was the first time we met in person. Our representatives went into his home where Mr. Dhakal was residing. We demonstrated the frontend and backend of the website. And, he was happy to see our approach and dedication to meet the client expectation. Instantly, Mr. Dhakal told us he is very happy with our demonstration and wanted to give us the project.
Contract
After frontend and backed demonstration finally Mr. Dhakal was convinced. But, the school was closed (summer vacation) and he needed to go to his school located in Molung-5, Okhaldhunga in order make confirmation with the committee. After more than 25 days we had official contract signed and the work has already begun.

As everyone knows we have placed facebook Ad campaign for school website. Mr. Ram Kumar Dhakal sir knew us from facebook advertisement.
Patience can give Project
Convincing Mr. Dhakal was a crucial journey but then the gap of 25 days for the official contract signing taught us keep patience in every project, because the hope never ends when you're in the market to give the best service.
